Occupational First Aid (OFA)

If an employee suffers an injured at work, occupational first aid is the emergency Care & Treatment given to the person, before an Ambulance arrives. This care given at a work place can be anything from cleaning and bandaging a minor wound to performing CPR until the Emergency services arrives.

This three-day course is aimed to provide participants with the life saving skills to provide first-aid care in the workplace. The aim of this course will be to develop the necessary skills to deal with all emergencies at work and give effective life support to patients. Our course Is QQI (FETAC) Registered and is run to HSE guidelines.

Cardiac First Responder (CFR) Community

This CFR course is recognised by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC).

This is a half day and fully certified course, it is aimed at people to provide a basic level of training to people who suffer a cardiac illness such as cardiac arrest; choking; heart attack; stroke the Student will also be trained on the administration aspirin and the use of a defibrillator (This is designed to restart the heart of a patient that Suffers from a Cardiac arrest).
Whether it happens in the Community, Workplace or in your own home. The student will be trained and ready to deal with all types of Cardiac Emergency’s.
