T2 Terminal

Pier E is a new boarding gate facility being built by the DAA as part of the T2 project as it requires new concrete apron areas for aircraft parking at each gate.

Safecon are the appointed health and safety consultants to Lynch roofing on this vast project.  We were chosen because of our extensive craneage and working at heights experience.  

Works entail the erection of Precast concrete panels to perimeter walls and lift shafts cores for Pier e, Dublin Airport, Terminal 2. The panels themselves are rectangular in shape and consist of a pre-designed metal framework cast in concrete of known shape and dimensions.

Lynch Roofing are the chosen roofing contractors of PJ Hegarty, who themselves have been appointed by the Mace

The Pier E site is currently airside, but following the initial apron works, the entire construction site will move landside.
The Pier E boarding gate facility is 60% larger than Pier D and will have parking for up to 19 short-haul aircraft.		 daa.jpg
