Description

Safecon have been appointed as PSDP  for the  remedial works scheme involves the upgrading of Waterford Coty Council’s housing stock. Some of the work undertaken includes full rewiring, new heating / plumbing and insulation. All works are taking place with the residents remaining in-situ. For phase 1, works will be carried out to 49 local authority residences and external works to the remaining 76 private and landscaping throughout.

The Site Area is approximately 10,000 sq m.
