Fire Risk Assessment Course Details:
Fire Risk Assessment - Employers make an assessment of the fire risks that exist in
their premises and produce and implement measures to control the risks.
Fire Risk Assessment Objective:
This course will help you as an employer to understand your
responsibilities for fire safety, and put in place measures to control the
risks of fire. You will learn how to incorporate fire risk assessment into your
ongoing management procedures.
Fire Risk Assessment Programme:
- Knowledge of current fire related and health and safety
legislation
- Identification of principal workplace fire safety hazards
- Develop knowledge of the theory of fire risk assessment
- Develop practical application of the fire risk assessment
- Raise awareness of the process and procedures involved in
the appraisal of the adequacy of existing fire precautions
- Fire risk assessment practical exercises
This course is very much a "hands on" course
