Safecon were appointed as PSDP to oversee the design and construction of 3710m² of Tesco supermarket, of which 2211m² is retail, to include the sale of alcohol, 959m² storage and 285m² mezzanine office/staff areas at Bettystown Neighbourhood Centre, together with signage including 3 no. 6.5m high advertising standards, covered canopy, 195 car parking spaces, service yard and vehicular access off Eastham Road (R150), amendments to landscape of development to accommodate revised layouts.

The second stage involves the demolition of existing bungalow and associated structures, and construction of Block B of a 1767 m2 retail and 5451 m2 office ranging from 1-4 storeys in height, , basement car parking with 159 bays and access points, covered canopy and vehicular access off Eastham Road.
